- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Processing of DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 48 business hours
- Review the claim and verify that the notification meets all legal requirements
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a reasonable timeframe
- Notify the content provider, member, or user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law to post and use the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent containing:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Eduqoo has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Good Faith Notice
Please note that under applicable law, if you knowingly misrepresent that online content is infringing, you may be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury and civil penalties, including monetary damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees incurred by us, by any copyright owner, or by any copyright owner’s licensee that is injured as a result of our relying upon your misrepresentation.
